I eat supper really early, around 4pm and I stay up until 1-2am every day...so I always get hungry later in the evening. It's not like I'm eating 3 big meals late at night.

2 slices of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and Strawberry & Grand Manier jam.
1 Optimum Energy Bar (orange & chocolate flavour).
1 cup of marinated 3 bean salad to which I added 2 teaspoons of agave nectar.
Salad of organic mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, sliced organic strawberries and huckleberry vinigarette.
Multigrain breadroll with stuffed with a cooked Yves chick'n patty, vegan mayo, Tofutti cheese slice and ketchup.
Cup of Echinacea tea.
5 vegan shortbread cookies.

D - Sandwich with Tofurky, Earth Balance, lettuce and tomatoes. 1 glass of Strawberry soy kefir (so good!). A few walnuts.
Drinks - 1 small diet coke, and lots of water throughout the day.
