    Two slices of wholegrain toast with cheatn turkey and ketchup

    LUNCH:

    Salad, rice, red lentil dahl, spicey fried veg and four slices of cake (free at hare krishna temple)

    DINNER:

    Satay covered tofu with vegetable spring rolls

    (Not exactly a healthy day...got to get back to healthy eating asap!)

    Hi everyone, I'm new!

    Breakfast:
    - oats with soy milk and water, with maple syrup and chopped pecans
    - two prunes, big coffee with soy milk

    Snack:
    - 1 banana, 2 Brazil nuts

    Lunch:
    - 1 carrot, 1 plum, peach & mango soy yoghurt

    Snack:
    - a small, young coconut - both juice and flesh

    Dinner (I had a very lazy dinner):
    - minestrone soup with spiral pasta
    - 2 steamed, baby pink potatoes (skin on), dipped into half a mashed avocado mixed with 1 clove chopped garlic; large handful of cherry tomatoes

    Dessert:
    - 1 row Maya Gold choc, small handful of fresh blueberries
    * Also, plenty of water with every meal and throughout the day

    I have tonsillitis and strep throat I managed to still eat, it just hurts like hell.
    I'm also trying to cut back on coffee and am studying for a chemistry exam tonight.

    B: oatmeal + 3/4 organic banana + splash of rice milk
    1/2 cup of yogi cold season tea

    late lunch:
    salad w/ red leaf romaine leaves + 1 small tomato + sliced mushrooms + Bragg's sesame ginger dressing + lentils
    luna bar
    1/2 cup of lipton tea

    I don't know
    I've been sick more than half of the days this year, usually about 7-8 months of the year with some kind of infection or other. I honestly think I have some immunodeficient/ autoimmune disorder.

    Thanks for the well wishes Ruby! Its a wonder I'm still functioning and passing classes this semester.

    Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat seeded toast with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free rasberry jelly, 4 oz of vanilla soy yogert with a pinch of cherry granola, 1/4 cup of dehydrated fruit (papya, pineapple, banana, raisons).

    Lunch: A mixed berry smoothie; 3/4 cup of mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, rasberry, blackberry) 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 1/4 of a peach, 1/4 cup of pinapple/coconut/apple juice.

    Dinner: A big burrito with tofu, Peppers, Mushrooms, Lettuce, Salsa, Guacamole, Black olives and onions. 2.5 oz of tortilla chips.*

    I'm going to have 2 pieces of B-fresh bubble gum in a bit.

    Thank you for your e-mail dated 9 April 2008.

    Further to your enquiry, we can advise you that when the information sheet was compiled the suitability of Love Hearts for a vegetarian diet had just been confirmed (ie the ingredients contained modified starch in place of gelatine). At this time, however, their suitability for a vegan diet had not been tested and qualified.

    We are awaiting a new product information sheet, and will forward this to you once compiled.

    So now we wait and see. Not really sure what testing they need to do, but it is better they make sure and err on the side of caution.

    There are milk derived ingredients that are suitable for the lactose intolerant yet get called dairy free so I suppose it is possible to be called that, vegetarian, yet still not vegan.

    I ate a lot yesterday:
    B: leftover tofu salad on a ww pita
    L: black bean soup and baked potato chips
    S: coffee
    S: orange juice, veggie crisps and hummus
    D: chickpea curry over jasmine rice
    S: mountain mix mojo bar and acai/blueberry/pomegranate vitamin water

    Two oatibix w/rice milk, raisins & dates
    Banana

    Baked beans on two slices rye toast w/pure
    Salad (pepper, carrot, lettuce, celery)

    Plain soy yoghurt w/banana, slivered almonds & agave nectar

    Lentil bolognese w/corn spaghetti, vegan parm, nut.yeast & peas

    Doves Farm Chocolate Stars Cereal w/raisins & rice milk (yes I am an addict)

    Coffee w/rice milk x2

    candy cane lane tea

    bengal spice tea
    1/2 quesadilla w/ salsa and guacamole
    few tortilla chips to finish rest of guacamole (made from 1 avocado, garlic powder, chili powder)

    chickpea cutlets (VCON)
    brown rice w/ gravy
    white & sweet potatoes, roasted w/ pepper, rosemary, bbq sauce
    sesame asparagus (VWAV)
    cranberry pomegrante juice
    green raspberry tea

    chamomile tea
    apple

    chocolate raspberry tea
    english breakfast tea
    gingerbread apple pie (VWAV) w/ vanilla "ice cream"

    B: 6 cherry tomatoes and a handful of mixed sprouts (ran out of cereal )
    L: tomato and brocoli stew-type thing
    S: chocolate square (in town)
    D: samosa, tomato cuppa soup and a couple of corn cakes
    S: couple of rhubarb and custards (julian graves ones are vegan) and 4 squares sainsburys tangerine chocolate (free from).

    Yummy, yummy day.

    Bowl corn flakes + soya milk.
    Apple.

    Huge Hummus, tahini, avocado, sundried tomato, sunflower seed and salad sandwich from an awesome cafe opposite University. It's like they just throw everything in there, every bite being a little different. And it's all freshly baked bread.

    Packet of Dairy free milk buttons i found in International Supermarket. Never had them before, and had to try them.

    Spaghetti Bolognese - vegan style using vegemince.

    And i'm munching on a plum.

    Eating a lot better (and more) now!

    B: organic oats w/ banana and ground flaxseeds
    large coffee w/ splash of soymilk

    L: sliced vegetable sushi roll [cucumber, carrot, avocado, squash wrapped in rice and nori] w/ wasabi
    a tofu "chunk" [white rice wrapped in fried tofu] - it was kind of sweet?!
    and edamame

    S: trailmix - raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, apple bits, peanuts
    cup of tea [blackcurrent, gingseng, vanilla flavor]

    D: will be a red leaf romaine lettuce salad w/ tomatoes, sprouts, and Bragg's ginger sesame dressing

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup of dried papya, banana and pineapple. 2 slices of whole wheat seeded toast with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free rasberry jelly, 6 oz of lemon soy yogert with 1/4 cup of cherry granola.

    Lunch: A smoothie: 1/4 cup of kiwi/strawberry/grape juice, 1 cup of unsweetend vanilla almond milk, 2 small peaches and 1/2 cup of mixed berries.

    Dinner: A veggie burger with soy sour cream, Lettuce and clove sprouts, 2 pickles.

    Iced espresso (6 shots) with soy milk.
    Until we stop harming all other living beings, We are still savages.

    2x green + peppermint teas

    S: english breakfast tea w/ gluten free/lite soymilk, diet coke

    D: homemade pumpkin/celery soup

    2L water
