S. Oat cakes with peanut butter.
L. Baguette with grated carrot, onion, tomato and hummus. Packet of crisps.
S. Dried fruit (papaya, pineapple, apricots) and a couple of pieces of crystalised ginger.
D. Cottage pie (veggie mince, carrots, mushrooms, onion, celery, tomato and peas for filling topped with a mix of white and sweet potatoes, a sprinkle of vegan Parmesan and sliced tomato) with steamed broccoli. Washing it down with an ice cold Scrumpy Jack.
