Lunch: Half a cauliflower, half a head of broccoli, chopped peppers, bean medley (chick peas, tomatoes, peppers, in 6 veg sauce I made the other day.
Later: Will have baked potato with chopped peppers, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and a bit of toffuti cream "cheese".

I ate a 'starfruit' for the first time today. They're selling them at the Tesco near my office, along with several other exotic fruits I've never tasted before. It was nice. It's hard to describe but to me it was like sweetened petit pois
