Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Mango Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.
A few glasses of water throughout the day.
1 cup Pomegranate Green Tea.
2 slices pecan & fruit loaf with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
Organic veg stirfry with Yves teriyaki veggie chicken & sesame seeds and organic jasmine rice (veg = carrot, broccoli, green beans, orange pepper).
3 glasses of white wine.
1 cup of peppermint tea.
3 dark chocolate coated macadamia nuts.
I was at a demo yesterday so eating was a little scattered throughout the day with a crappy meal when I got back.

Whole bottle of water
Leftover chilli from a last nights dinner (brought it as a packed lunch)
Breakfast pasty (mushrooms, beans and soy sausages)
DINNER: (I'm laughing as I write this. This is something me mum would have fed me when I was growing up. Soooo crappy lol!)
4 vegetable fingers with half a tin of value spaghetti and potato wedges. Lotsa ketchup.

Lunch: 1 russet apple cut into pieces, 1/4 pack of redwoods cheezely cut into pieces, half an avocado.
Dinner: chick pea, carrot, lentil and tomato curry (see new recipe in the asian section) with 1 and 1/2 baked sweet potato and some chutney.
Snacks: some green grapes

Organic vegetable stew (potatoes, carrot, green beans, orange pepper, onion garlic)
Served ontop of organic wholewheat pasta.
1 glass of Malibu and organic pineapple juice.
If I have anything else later, it'll be a cup of tea and some chocolate coated macadamias.

My gf's specialty potato bake:
Releat mince with cauliflower, brocolli, peas, carrots, leeks and mushrooms in a tomato sauce, topped with crispy potato and rosmary slices...and then some sprinkles of cheezly. I also had some lettuce and cream cheeze on the side cuz I like different textures. (I'm gonna get a pic up soon!)
SNACKS:

Three small slices of pizza ( housmates got some and I burnt my whole nose with a jalepino...ouchies!)

Drinks have been coffee and water. Kind of a boring (though tasty) day, but it's so rare I get to eat other people's cupcakes when I'm not at a party that I thought I'd document it

One of the guys who lives on our building says if I bring some egg-free mayo he will make a coleslaw for me that I wont be able to stop eating. He used to be a chef and is always making vegan dishes for me.

Stine - it's really simple that's why I like doing soup.
(Red lentils, veggie stock powder, 5 carrots cut into coins, drained tin of tomatoes. Cook for 30 mins. Whizz with hand blender and then add flaxseeds and/or soya cream before eating.)
I can't find a bean soup one, I will have to make one up.
