3/4 cup strawberry soy yoghurt with fresh organic raspberries.
tamari flavoured crackers with hummus.
1 glass of white wine.
Organic salad: mixed leaves, satsuma mandarin segments, tomato, cucumber, orange pepper, avocado, Yves teriyaki veggie chicken pieces, cranberry dressing.
A few plain potato chips on the side.
Another glass of white wine.
1 cup organic peppermint tea.
3 chocolate coated macadamias.
2 pieces pecan fruit bread with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
It's weird actually, I never give a second thought to whether I eat enough protein or not. I'm not even sure how much you need in a day.

I used to obsessively chart everything I ate each day to make sure I got enough protein and B12, over the course of a week I'm pretty sure I do okay now
The only thing I have a problem with is getting enough iron (I'm seriously anaemic, but always have been !)

Lunch: Hot baguette with mushroom, onion, tomato and loads of melted "cheese".
Dinner: TBD. Probably something quick and easy as I'm feeling pretty lazy today, work has been well hectic so I have nothing planned for the weekend about from lazing around, listening to music, a bit of coding and maybe a bit of TV.

...so much crap that im actually embarrassed to post it...heh...the nicest of a bad bunch being a big bowl of soya hot choc in clements in belfast - mmm!!

Hummus, tomato and spinach sandwhich (brought from my canteen at work of all places - spoke to chef and they are gonna make vegan food for me hehe!)
Tofu, carrots, peas, leeks and cabbage drizzled in ketchup and garlic sauce.
(it sounds alot but the tofu dish was very very small and left over from yesterday!)
DINNER:
Homemade herby sausages with a mixed bean salad and red lentils
