vegetarian guest house for sale

“Hi First let us apologise for emailing you unannounced, but we
are looking for your help. We have owned and run a vegetarian guest house in Llandudno North Wales since 1998. We are trying to sell and move on as we also have a health food store that we have shared with our daughter since September 2001.
The store is getting busier and busier (we make up Organic
vegetable boxes), Jo, my wife, wants and needs to spend more and more time there and we are beginning to struggle with the guest house . We want to move on and buy a smallholding.
It's a good business with many regular customers, but we have
been trying for 2 years to find vegetarian buyers so that it will carry on. The house gives us a good living and has kept a family of 4 well, we have
though, only worked hard enough to live well, as we have no need
for lots of money. So there is plenty of potential to increase the turn over.
The 2 potential vegetarian buyers we have had have both backed
out through lack of funds. We are now actively trying to sell the house but our local estate agents will never find someone to continue running it as a vegetarian guest house.
So we are hoping that you can read this and perhaps pass it on to
your membership. Our estate agents have valued the house at £365.000 just for the house which is how they think they can sell it, we think it's such a shame that the work we have put in this last 6 years will be wasted. A cash buyer (or someone who needs only a small loan can live very well from the business and live in what we think is one of the most beautiful parts of the UK.
The business would include all fixtures and fittings and all bookings with a
data base of all previous visitors (approximately 1,000) plus our web site for
which we own www.vegetarianguesthouse.com (.co.uk and .net). We would like to thank you in anticipation of your passing this on for us."
