I'd really like to open a vegan deli / bookstore. Selfish reasons maybe, just always wanted someplace to shop where I didn't have to read everything and drill the waiters.

A vegan bar/food place along the lines of 'Kates Joint' in New York but with space for live bands to play,that would be a dream!

I have a Vegan Business and it allows me to travel and do other things.
