tips for a traveling vegan?

yeah, i came back about three weeks ago. sadly, i was not entirely vegan on the trip. fully vegetarian, though. i was staying with my friend's family friends, and they were so nice to me, but struggled even with my vegetarianism. i now realize that i should have made more of an effort to take the pressure off of them while i stayed vegan, and i regret that i ate eggs and dairy for three weeks. it made me feel like crap, and not to mention the weight gain! i'm definately back to veganism, and don't ever plan on stopping again.

i LOVED my trip, though
