Hey gang.
Just a quicky. I finally took the plunge and went from strict vegetarian to vegan last Friday and so far so good (it's only been a week like but you know). So far I've noticed that I'm dropping the kids off at the pool a lot more than what I did as a veggie and even getting stomache pains on occassions and over the last few days I'm getting tired really easily (a lot more than normal). Is this something that I have to ride out or is there anything I should be eating more of? I've started taking multi-vitamins and minerals today and I have some brewers yeast poweder that I'm going to add to food for B12 but is there anything else I should be considering?
