I've been back in MA training for about 6 months now ...

Hard to compare my own pre-vegan energy/strength/endurance levels with my post-vegan levels as I have to take an additional 20 years of aging into account.

A 54 I seem to be a fair match with men 20+ years younger than myself and men my own age who are around 30% bigger than me, body size wise, though.

In terms of how my vegan diet has served me, long term, I'm not at all displeased.
All done in the best possible taste ...

I have more energy now, since i started.

I started to follow mike mahler advice of increasing fat at every meal.

Nuts (Almonds, peanuts, cashew, pistachios, walnuts, pine nuts, etc...)
Seeds (Hemp seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, etc...)
    Raw Cacao
    Coconut oil
    Olive Oil
    etc...

This gives me a great boost of energy/strenght, saciety, and a good looking

If you are lacking of energy/nutrients, check mike mahler articles
