    Default Nurtrional yeast flake "cheese"

Really good on nachos baked in oven with vegan chilli and sliced mushrooms!
Just pour over after taking out of oven.

    In a pot, mix:

3/4 cup of nutrional yeast flakes
    1/2 cup of flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 cups of water

Heat and stir over med. heat until it just begind to bubble.

Take off of heat and add:

    1/4 cup margarine
    1 tsp mustard
    pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Cover and let stand for a couple of mins.

    EASY....DONE!

I just noiced that this recipe has already been posted, the only difference I see is that I add the water before heating and add a little pepper....probably doesn't make a difference though!

This seems to be a LOVE it or HATE it sauce. I absolutely love it - on pasta, on vegetables, on potatoes. Although everyone else I serve it to hates it . Sounds good on nachos and chilli. Thanks for the idea tasha

    That's the same with us!
My partner and I love it, the kids hate it!

    It's nice on pasta too.
