These went down rather well. I couldn't decide whether they're biscuits or flapjacks cos they're kind of like both.

1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup golden syrup (or use all maple syrup, I didn't have much left)
1 1/2 cups porridge oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds


Mix the wet ingredients together. Stir in the dry ingredients. Drop and flatten spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet. Bake Gas 4 for 10 mins.
