I've been using bragg for a long time and have read on the net that it might be unhealthy. Soy has been said to be unhealthy and since BLA is a product of soy I want to lessen my intake of it. What would be a great substitue for BLA?

The substitutes for Bragg's are soy sauce, tamari, or shoyu (all soy sauces). Soy is not bad for you. Eating anything in excess is not necessarily good for you. Bragg's is used as a seasoning, not a food group, so I'm sure you're not getting too much of it. The dairy industry says that milk is good for you. Who do you believe?
Soy is not unhealthy. Soy Protein Isolate is. AFAIK, BLA is not made from SPI (could I put enough abbreviations in there? ). I say if it really doesn't contain any soy protein isolates, then keep using it in moderate amounts. It will not hurt you.
It's vegan, which means it's vegetarian which means there's nothing unheathy in it. -- my guy trying to explain vegan junkfood.
