Spinach...can't get enough of it
Silent but deadly :p
I've been eating avocados & mushrooms & bananas almost daily. Avocados are so cheap here right now, I can't not buy one every time I go shopping.
Oh, and peanut butter. I think it's the textures I like.
I seem to be eating an avocado most days

I'm all about the potatoes recently. Can't get enough of them - baked, roasted, boiled, mashed with carrot and parsnip. Tatoes, tatoes, tatoes!!
I like football. And potatoes.
Houmous!!!!!! Also I eat tons of tomatoes, onions and mushrooms - they just go with everything!

Mmmm... hummous. I had hummous with my potatoes at lunch today
Where abouts in Staffs you from, Holly? (If you don't mind me asking) From Stafford and Stone myself.
I like football. And potatoes.
bananas, houmous, avocadoes, tofu, soya milk, porridge, chickpeas, spinach and other green leafy veg, dahl, yeast extract, wholemeal bread, pumpkin seeds, nuts, chocolate and stuff I've baked every so often.
since coming home its different though, not so much dahl which is funny since its my mum who taught me how to make it! also not so many avocadoes. Can't bake either as we have no oven at the moment . Still at the tofu though, and I'm having more mangoes! also whatever my mums made if its vegan - also I can make my own houmous while here. (guesss there are some perks to being home!)

I eat these nearly every day I guess - avocado, salad leaves, mushrooms, banana, porridge, peppers, yeast extract
Lately I've been eating a lot of:
oranges.
frozen veggies - mostly stirfry blend and broccoli. (I need to get a steamer but I usually stir-fry them in just water and add Veri Veri Teriyaki soy sauce to them...yum.)
Ezekiel bread.
air-popped popcorn.
homemade vegan chili.
potatoes fried in olive oil - not exactly super-healthy but easiest way to get enough calories daily without stuffing myself.
-Cashew butter (way too much)
-Rice
-Luna Bars
tabbouleh-bouleh
Bananas and oranges are staples for everyday. As are cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, lettuce and chickpeas in some incarnation or another. Tofu is consistent when I have it around, as is oatmeal. As for dishes I prepare, I really lean alot towards Italian and Asian dishes like stirfrys, lasagnas and pizzas. I also really like chili for the simple fact of its ease and the ability for the contents to exude more and more flavour the longer you leave the pot to simmer (eight hours is the usual for my chili) Those dishes are best consumed in modesty though.
Lunchtime is usually a combo of veggies and hummus wrapped in tortillas or put inbetween bread.
- Potatos
- Onions
- Rice

I can't think really of anything I eat really really often other than onions and garlic. I try to make my cooking as varied as possible!
The taste of anything in my mouth for 5 seconds does not equate to the beauty and complexity of life.
Mmmh, onion and garlic stir-fry
I have Oat Cakes with Peanut Butter pretty much every work day for my mid-morning snack.
Soup ,salad and oven roasted corguettes/zucchini. I have an obsession with that!
I'm obsessed with toast lately. Toast with vegan margarine, toast with jam, toast with peanut butter, toast with chocolate spread, toast dipped in tea, toast anything!
Peace, love, and happiness.
it's nearly impossible to find toast without butter here
after some months of avoiding it completely, I find I'm eating TVP far too often. It's so simple, easy to prepare, totally fool-proof... and not nutritious at all.

let's make a shirt saying "Praise Toast" then ^ ^
I should really just have one that says I love vegan food lol

thanks that you said it, emzy. I was too embarrassed to confess I like the idea.
am I the only one who can't stand hummus if it isn't made thick enough? I made two batches this afternoon and ended up giving one of them away because of that. The consistency just grosses me out if it's not thick enough.
No, you're not alone!

If you go to this site: www.awesomefoods.com and look up the raw pizza -- that is a must in my diet. I've been eating it every Sunday since last summer
Also love the raw vegan coconut fudge.
Also eat a lot of: hemp milk, chick peas, raw kombucha drinks by GTs, and try to eat greens every day.
