Default food to take on a roadtrip

I'm going to LA tomorrow with a group of friends for the week, and I'm the only vegan -- surprise surprise. I'm packing a cooler of vegan, healthy things for me because they'll be eating mostly junk. What I take will be carried around in a backpack all day at disneyland or will in a cooler on a beach and can't be stuff that requires cooking or lots of preparation. On my list I've got bread, peanut butter, granola bars, dried fruit... can you think of anything else?

Will you have access to a microwave? Pre-packaged oatmeal, cans of soups & baked beans. Otherwise I'd go for the peanut butter/jam, crackers, rice cakes, vegan choccy, dried fruit and raw nuts etc...
