Default We are now completely a dairy-free household!!!

My mother and my sister saw this guy in MA who tests your reaction to foods and that is equated with your mental well-being and then provides a list of foods you can and can't have and what is the best died for your mind etc. So they went and it was decided that they both can't have any dairy! yay for them slowly becoming vegan, it will happen I'm sure of it. they can both still have chicken and fish though, but only egg whites so most likely they won't have eggs. thats a start anyways.

Wow that is great news. It will not only do their minds good but also their spirits and bodies.

That is good news - dairy and eggs are the hardest to give up in many ways.

my boyfriend is funny - he is a meat eater but since knowing me has cut down - he said he has been watching a programme today about dairy products being responsible sometimes for asthma (he suffers a little) and thinks it might be a good idea to cut out dairy products - also the programme showed a recipe for tofu soup (not sure what else was in it) and now he is wanting to know about tofu (I will make a vegan of him yet lol)

I am in MA, too. Where did you go? I would like to go visit him with my family.

    My husband is a meateater
But he likes my vegan cooking so much, that at home he eats mostly vegan, except cheese. A big step forward for him. It took me quite some while to get him to this point.
I think that most people don't want to go vegan , because they think they won't be able to eat nice. Once they know the vegan ciusine a lot of resistance melts.
