Oooo - that's fabulous, Nottingham is dead easy for me to get too *squeals* and Channukah is at the other end of December this year so I won't have to rush home! *bounces with excitement*

    I love Nottingham.

As long as I can afford this... the plan is to come up friday night for drinks, go to the festival on saturday and get the train home either that evening or sunday morning.

This would be a good event to ask them to put in the new magazine called Lifescape for veggies - email sri@ there:

    http://www.lifescapemag.com/

I've been in touch with the editor and she's keen to mention big interesting local veg*n events. They are looking for event dates for that time of year already.

I'm not particularly nice or fun, but I'm close to Nottingham so I'll definitely be going anyway. So there!

Just noticed a central Travelodge is opening 2nd Dec - tempting to stay Sat night now and do a bit of christmas shopping on the Sun. Save the long journey there/back in one day (think its about a 3 hour treck with british rail each way?)

Been a long time since i went to Nottingham - are there any good places to eat out vegan wise?

Will have to see how the funds go.........................

Hi Does anyone have a list of stalls/which stalls/groups will be there? Also wonder if there will be any talks there.

As long as its not icy/snowing Im planning on travelling to/from the fair in one day (tiring but saves hotel/meal costs!)

    Hello All

Are we going to plan a Meet-Up or just wing-it and hope we bump into one another? We will be easy to spot: Jon is a tall guy of big build with ging...I mean auburn hair down his back and walks with a cane while I am small, with dark hair and blu hair covering with a big blue backpack carrying a small, adorable, probably drooling child.

Not sure whats best? Ive met a few people from here before at the Bristol festival

Will look out for you - Im tall (5 foot10) short brown hair in a sort of bob style - about a size 16.

I will be spending some time at the Realfoods stall, so look out for me there (Im sure Mary or Neil on this stall will point me out!)- hard to arrange a time to meet as not sure what time Il get there yet but I will be making tracks for the vebab vegan kebab stall around lunchtime! Plan is to arrive by 1pm...............

Dont think it will be a massive place so wont be too hard to find people - having said that Nottingham will be packed with shoppers tomorrow.

Hope to meet you to say hello
