    Default Chow Mein Noodles

    Hi everybody!!

I just wanted to share some news. I was curious to find out if China Boy Chow Mein Noodles contained any animal ingredients...here's a copy of the email that was sent back to me:

Thank you for contacting us about our products.

Our products do not contain any animal ingredients.

China Boy Chow Mein Noodles are made from Wheat Flour, Water and Salt

and then cooked in 350 degree soybean oil (partially hydrogenated).

We are currently in the process to update our Nutrition Facts Panel to

    also

include Trans-fat (1 gram per serving) and an Allergy Statement as well

    (Contains: Wheat).

Our Lo Mein (pasta) Noodles are also all natural and does not contain

    any animal ingredients.

I hope this answers your question and feel free to contact us if you

    have anymore.

    Thank you

That's cool! More options are good. Now if only everyone would stop using hydrogenated oils!

Sunnie, where do you live? I am coming into Phoenix in September for a couple of days
