Can anybody point me to other companies that have packaged vegan pizzas, since I can't have the Amy's roasted vegtables due to allergy/intolerance. Anybody help me out?
Thanks!

not living in Canada i personally can't help, but as someone who used to love and eat a lot of pizza before being vegetarian I can say that it's perfectly possible to make vegan pizza from scratch that hands down beats any frozen pizza for taste and nutrician, and is a suitable match for fresh non vegan.
If you don't fancy bashing out the bread dough, you may be able to find vegan pizza bases that you can just put toppings on, or make (I suppose I'd better say "English") muffin pizzas - just split, cover with a thick tomatoey sauce and some veg...
Do I remember right you're the other one (bar ME!) who's allergic to onions?
If so, then PM me anytime you want an onion free version of something - likely I've tried to make it, or have ideas how it might go!

you can also make pizza from practically any type of bread if you can't find vegan pizza bases. Pizza bases in their traditional form are just flour, water, yeast, salt and perhaps some olive oil. The recipe for focaccia pizza dough is virtually identical (although the amounts different) to cibatta dough. Tastes just as good.bittersweet
