i think i did it today!
i packed my own lunch instead of going to the store before work today...
i had:
a pear
an orange
a bannana
a gigantor salad with
asparagus
cucumber
avocado
carrots as a snack
and
two small apples!!!

Kale is delicious, my favourite leafy green followed by parsley.

I think I racked up 10 servings.
when on a cooked diet I ate:
5 pieces fruit
1 s broad beans (do they not count??)
1 s sweetcorn (do they count?)
1 s butternut squash
1 tomato
1 pepper
so I was getting 10 if broadbeans and sweetcorn count.....
Now I'm raw on a good day I eat;
2 boxes grapes (how many servings is that?)
3 bananas
2 oranges
1 avocado
1 tomato
I always feel so full I find it hard to eat more than that, and I'm always deficient/not well.
