a jolly nice little recipe for tea time that everyone will enjoy...


the only changes i made were to use 100% wholemeal flour (you could use half & half) to make them more wholesome and i left out the egg replacer, didnt need it. i added a bit more dried fruit and used a tablespoon or so more soya milk.

they have been in demand in our house and i have made my fourth batch in a week - not that we are greedy or anything...
