I mix about 1 part cocoa powder and 2 parts organic pure cane sugar. Then, I add a tiny bit of soy milk, only about 1 tablespoon, and mix into a paste. I continue to slowly add soy milk until I get the right concentration. Finally, I microwave for a minute or so. Delicious! You can use water if you're worried about calories.

I just heat the milk separately and add it to the paste, that way the milk is heating while you make the paste.

For the best hot chocolate using a microwave heat a small amount of soy milk in one mug with chocolate until it's melted enough to make a smooth paste. Combine with soy milk heated in another mug. Vary the amount of chocolate depending on your taste. It's far nicer than anything I've ever had made from powder.

you could always drink cocoa and soy..if you dont have it with sugar your tastebuds do adjust overtime.

If I hadn't already had corn chips I would make a hot chocolate right now

Oh well - I'll just have water instead.

I usually make cocoa with 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 heaped teaspoon cocoa in a big mug. Then 1/4 fill mug with soymilk and stir until mixed nicely. Then fill to top with boiling water. Top with squirty soy cream.

Not quite as good as using all soy milk, but good if you don't have a microwave or want a quick cocoa fix.
