I went to see a naturopath the other day who said that I am consuming too much soy and that I am not getting enough sulphur amino acids in my diet.
She suggested that I drink quinoa milk as it is rich in all amino acids and is a healthier option than soymilk in the long term. Has anyone tried quinoa milk here? At the moment you can't get it in Adelaide. I have to get it mailed from Sydney and it costs 7 dollars a litre ):
Also, does anyone know of any good vegan sources of sulphur amino acids and is it really such a big issue?
