I'm 33 years old, half life vegetarian, about 3 years vegan and last year vegetarian again ( but always vegan in my soul )
I had B12 deficiency and a lot of health problems connected with that
Dizziness, tired all the time, strong heart problems, sleeping problems, weak memory and concentration....
B12 blood test and MMA confirmed B12 deficiency
I tried to take B12 pills but after one month my health problems become bigger and bigger
Than I decide to stop with vegan diet
After one year, now I'm much better, not very good, but many problems are gone
Before one moth I had my last blood test and B12 level is now 194 pmol/L
That is in fact lowest acceptable point because homocysteine below this value grow rapidly
My intention is to become vegan again when I will know some natural vegan source of B12
Pills and injections are not option for me, I don't trust to pharmaceutical industry, I don't want to depend on them and they are not solution if we want to see more people become vegans
Is there any scientific vegan diet research center in the world today?
If not, do you want to help and support such a big and important project?
