I bought bunches of lo mein (it was cheap and vegan... so I bought like 6 pounds... what of it???) and I'm not really sure what to do with it, hahaha. I mean, the obvious would be to make lo mein, but I want something that's easy and doesn't require veggie broth!! I only can ever use broth on special occasions because we don't keep very much of it in the house! Haha

Any recommendations?

I use 1/4 cup of soy sauce (and use low sodium!), though, or it's wayyy too salty. And I double the peanut butter. And I don't really measure anything else... haha.
