I've been feeling quite depressed lately and as a result, I haven't been eating very healthy.
For supper today, I had a chocolate bar (vegan of course) with coffee!
Ooof, I feel so sick. I have been eating very SAD-like (Standard American Diet), except vegan (fried potatoes, chips, chocolate, lots of coffee, very little veggies, etc).
I feel so sick right now and headachey.
We have so many veggies and fruits in our house but I can't bring myself to get out of bed, let alone cook.
*sigh* I need help. Also, I'm eating crap because I feel like crap...but these crappy foods are just making me feel worse. It's a vicious cycle.
