I had layer upon layer upon layer of vegetables today. Sooo good!!!
Breakfast
1 organic apple, 1 organic peach, 1 mango
2 pieces of organic spelt bread, toasted with 1/2 mashed avocado
Lunch
1 thermos of lentil and vegetable soup
(cauliflower, green beans, carrot, pumpkin, corn etc etc)
Snack
2 bananas
Some organic grapes
12 homegrown cherry tomatos
1 piece organic spelt bread, toasted with 1/2 mashed avocado
half a handful of almonds
Dinner
Steamed Vegetables:
Corn, Carrot, Pumpkin, Asparagus, Green Beans, Bok Choy, Cauliflower, Broccoli
With Kidney Bean Stew:
Carrot, Tomato, Pumpkin, Kidney beans, Onion, Spices, Ginger Corriander, parsley, Arrowroot, Corn, Capsicum
And also Vegetable Korma:
Potato, Carrot, Pumpkin, Zucchini, Green Beans, Tomato, Coconut Cream, Corriander, Onions, Spices, Ginger
Dessert
1 organic apple
Plus lots of water and organic ginger tea (caffeine free)
