Hi! I am semi new to being vegan (about 5 1/2 months), and am starting to realize that I need to be taking a multi-vitamin. As bad as this is I don't really like most any vegetables (only carrots, potatos, celery, green beans, broccoli , and iceburg lettuce) I have some sensory issues that make a lot of foods that are "slimy" like mushrooms and asparagus etc... I understand that I need to eat a much wider variety to stay healthy, and am working on some recipes where the vegetables are pureed to hide the texture. Anyways, lately I have become very tired and just blah! I tried taking a multi vitamin, but because of the "sensory issues" etc... I cannot swallow the vitamins because of the odor, and large size, I get sick immediately and vomit., because of this any "vitamin drinks don't work either. So, does anyone have any idea where I could find vegan maybe kid vitamins, that don't have a strong odor (like an imitation flinstones vitamin or the ones that are gummy bears etc...) that I could actually take and keep down? And, also does anyone have any recipes with vegetable "puree" in it?
p.s. I take a small b-12 vitamin that is tiny, and tasteless and odor free just by chance.
