Anyway, I need help!! Last night-I was putting my jeans on and when I went to lean down...they tore! No joke! I weighed myself and I have gained five pounds in like 2 weeks...eeech!
Anyway-I need a plan for healthy eating and exercise. What sort of meals/meal plans do you all reccomend? How 'bout exercise? How many Xs per week?
