Today I weighed myself and I lost 6 pounds! Go me!!!! I have also lost some inches too. Began vegan rocks! lol! I feel so much better! I workout everyday now and do weight training. I lost this weight in just 4 days! I am on the negative calorie diet. I highly suggest it. 4 more pounds and I will have reached my first goal of losing 10 pounds! I can't wait!!!
