Family circle magazine - vegan recipes

My aunt brought me a copy of Family Circle magazine - not had this before but was suprised and pleased to see several vegan recipes in there! recipes included vege and chickpea tagine, stir fry satay tofu, gluten free pink peach crumble and banana and mango soya smoothie. They were saying about how good tofu, beans and quinoa were for you also mentioned were redwoods vegan cheeses and dairy free milk and chocs, and how to replace eggs in baking.
Very positive im very impressed as thats a real mainstream magazine im told

Am in shock - just opened local free paper and see a page of 'healthy vegetarian recipes' which are all vegan
pasta with vegan pesto, red onion tart, smoky pasta with tofu, mushrooms and mock tuna on toast, hotpot with veg mince and yeast flakes.
Very positive all this!
