I made this for my bf today. I have been introducing him to more vegan foods lately.

- 2 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup plain soymilk
- 2 slices bread
- vegan margarine/butter
- cinnamon sugar/maple syrup to taste

Mix the flour and water to form a batter, careful to remove lumps. Soak the bread in the batter until well absorbed, and then fry using the vegan margarine until golden brown and crispy. Top with cinnamon sugar (or maple syrup, or I guess fruit if you want to be healthy )
