    Default Ginger

I don't know why this deserves its own thread, but I had to say it.

I love peeling ginger. I don't know why (perhaps it's the smell). It just seems... healthy. There had better be at least one person who agrees with me, else I'm gonna feel strange.

Oops, timer went off. Time to go have some curry.

I love ginger!!! I love the smell when I peel and grate or chop it. Oh and it is so great when I have a cold...very warming. I make a tea with it and sip it and it helps get rid of the stuffiness.

Huh! I'll have to try that next time I come down with a cold. Come to think of it, it's been a little while since that's happened. Heh. Good luck, I guess.

You're the second person I've heard say this. I guess my taste buds aren't good enough yet to pick out individual ingredients in the food I make (or maybe I just don't use too much ginger when I cook). Heh. I need to work on this whole "food preparation" thing.

I had some pear/lemon/ginger juice and I hated it. The ginger felt like it was burning my throat when I swallowed it. Maybe the guy at the juice bar put too much in, but I don't know if I'm brave enough to try it again in the future.

Okay, you can feel strange now, nobody else has come forward with a ginger peeling fetish.
I do love the smell though, and my favourite tea is ginger, lemongrass and spearmint.
