very tasty, more of a bread pudding consistancy (for uk dwellers) than cake-y but no fat nor added sugar.
i added more apple juice to make the dough moist.

Hmm, think I shall have to have a bash at those tomorrow - apple cinnamon and raisin cookies - YUMMY!!
