Sumac and Dukkah

I bought Sumac today but not sure how best to use it and great recipes out there?

Also I recently saw a recipe for Dukkah
(not sure of spelling) but can't find it now. CC I think you were involved in this one. Please help with another recipe.

if you eat bread you might want to try making this spice mixture and spreading it on bread like this recipe forward explains.
