I'm soooo unfit, I need to start doing something. I've worked out a wee exercise routine but I was also considering going to a class but as the most uncoordinated person ever, it needs to be something where I'm not gonna fall over my own feet like aerobics. I was thinking about pilates, does anyone else do it? Did you find it helpful? Also if anyone knows of any other things I might be able to do that require minimum coordination, let me know.
