Well, I'm only 4 days in to my food diary but it's going well. It made me realise how much I was snacking on rice cakes and stuff. I'm trying to eat 3 times a day, no snacks other than fruit and the occaisional homemade muffin. I'm starting to really enjoy a fruit smoothie in the morning too. Ice and soya milk seems to give them a flavour reminiscent of fruity ice-creams!! I was talking to friend recently who was thinking of going vegan purely to lose weight. If only it was that easy.

I cannot have it in the house, if it's not in the house it's not a big deal I just drink tea and water. However if it's in the house it's the only thing I will drink. I am drinking a Diet Sprite as I type.
