I was like you back in high school. I'm 5'8" and struggled to keep weight on and I wasn't even a vegan then. What I did was add some high calorie foods to my day. I suggest for you nuts. They are good for you and will give you the added calories you need. Or you can add some baked goods, breads, ect. that are vegan but high in calories. I'm thinking maybe things like Lara bars.
