Thanks for your help everyoneI am getting some vit c but apparently not enough. Still feels a little weird getting what I need in tablet form but at least its helping keep me healthy.
I went back into Holland and Barrett and they showed me some information on the vitamins I was worried about demonstrating that they are fine to take a higher amount and said that those not needed by the body just pass through you.
Question.. Does anyone have a recommendation as to what time in the day to take them??
