Independent Article - dairy free debate

There's an interesting article in the Independent today - first looks into why dairy is good for health, then why we should do without dairy. Probably stuff most already know, but thought it was worth a post. I personally think it has come out in favour of anti-dairy, but then again I am biased.

Seems to be that the debate on dairy is becoming an increasing topic - hoping it'll raise the awareness of vegans further too - there are still some people I come across that don't know what a vegan is!
