I was chatting to a friend last night and he was talking about vegetarianism and after a little tactful discussion he said that he would try vegetarianism for 2 months (I didn't ask him to, it was his own choice).

Anyway, he's keeping a blog of his progress, so I'd be grateful if you'd visit and make comments

Haha, I actually recommended he got quorn products last night. I was trying to make it as easy as possible for him so he wouldn't give up.

I actually told him not to worry about vitamins last night since I think as he doesn't worry about his vitamin intake as a meat eater why should he worry as a vege when I believe he's actually likely to be getting more. I think he might have a bit of worry about it so it's good that you left some advice about it
