I want to go raw for the summer (at least)

I've been doing a bunch of researching tonight and I think I want to try raw for the summer.

I have a lot of cooked foods (but still healthy cooked foods like gluten-free pasta, sprouted grain breads, granola) so I'll be still eating those. I think I'm going to go slowly and eat almost raw until I run out of those foods. I also don't have very many fresh veggies in the house, need to buy some!

I'd love to go raw but it would be too expensive. So I do eat some cooked things like rice and beans as fillers.
