Hi all!! Just to let any budding fitness/rugby/power lifting or bodybulders that are Vegan, if you are low on protein (1.5g per pound of weight) Nutrisport and I have developed a Vegan protein (I am not on Nutrisports payroll by the way - and the protein is isolated pea proteins) - so you can now level the playing field with meat eaters!!
Oh and I am veggie (milk only) and the current British Natural Heavyweight Bodybuilding champ - at 18 stone - I reccomend it highly!!
