If anyone is interested this is pretty amazing. You all may know about this but I'm a little slow on the tech front.

If you go to www.im.com you can download the free Instant Media player. There are hundreds of videocasts that you can watch for free and you can subscribe to channels like Comedy Central and VH1.

They have cooking shows and I am currently downloading the Deliciously Raw shows on how to cook raw Chocolate Mint Pudding, Ravioli, and Marinara.
