Default Track your nutrient intake online!

This will give you a boost of confidence about your diet and show you where you need to make some adjustments.
The most fun thing about it is exceeding all of your RDA's but getting a frownie face in dairy. Hehehehe.
And yes, they have carob covered rice dream bars

oooh i've been playing with this and it's quite good! It would indicate I don;t need to worry about B vitamins, iron or protein (ha! to those meateaters!) but I'm a bit worried my sodium intake is too high and clacium is only half the recommended amount. Not sure how accurate it is as some of the exact products I've eaten weren't listed so I had to guess the nearest alternative. For example, my soya milk has added clacium and vitamins but not sure if thats taken into account.
But as its only a rough guide, I think I might show this to my mum and she might finally stop accusing me of having vitamin deficiency.

Nice. The only thing about the site is that it assumes the worst about everything. If you say you had cooked spinach for dinner it assumes that you put salt and lard in it. However, if you read through all of the options, most of them have alternatives such as "no salt or fat added".
As far as the calcium I think it assumes the worst about your soy milk too. However it is believed that vegans need less calcium anyway so keep that in mind.
