okay i found these links that have pretty much everything that was on my blood test.

this one has all the basics:

    http://www.lymphomation.org/CBC-blood-counts.htm

this one has the thyroid one:

    http://www.webmd.com/hw/health_guide_atoz/hw28656.asp

and this is the iron one:

    http://www.webmd.com/hw/lab_tests/hw6212.asp

so i just answered my own question lol.

although this may be helpful for someone else trying to figure out their blood test results.

well it was just a routine blood test to go along with my pap test and also she was checking my iron and thyroid aswell. everything says "within range" so i assume that im good. there were a few things that had to be sent off to be tested though so i wont get those results, or my pap results for another couple of weeks. thats always stressful. but its good to know that everything said within range. checking up all of this stuff on my blood makes me happy, as once i get all the results back and im cleared to go, im going to donate blood! (inspired by roxy ofcourse) i found the blood bank where you donate. its very close to me!

There is a brand of Guava Nectar called "Exotic Glo". You can buy it at Save On Foods and it's in the non-refrigerated juice section and it's in a pinky coloured tetra pack. 1 cup has 20% of your daily iron allowance.

In the Indian section of Save On, there's something called spicy chicknuts. They are also really high in iron.

This probably isn't helpful to you because of your gluten intollerance, but Yves products are quite high in iron too.

We don't have a Thrifty's here, but I've also seen it at the IGA. It's kind of thick, but it's very nice and sweet and refreshing.

    Here are the UK codes:
Iron is Hb for the iron in your blood and ferritin for the iron stored in your liver. The iron store test is usually only done if Hb comes back low. If Hb comes back under 11.5 it means anaemia. Anemia has a number of causes and there are various kinds of anaemia. Not all to do with diet. Some kinds of anaemia are caused by diseases.
