Default Organic Food Supply can't meet demand

According to this article http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060707/...nic_appetite_2, the world is going crazy trying to get those Organics. I switched to avoid the crap they put in "food." But this says farmers can't supply enough. Is this good or bad news?

Good! The Norwegian government has set a goal that 15% of all food production/consumption shall be organic by 2015 - only 9 years from now, and I guess similar changes are happening in other countries as well.

Yep. Definitely good. It would be nice to think that it'll all be organic at some point.
