BREAKFAST:
Baked beans and grilled tomatos on wholemeal toast ( work canteen)
Pineapple, melon and grapes (work canteen)
LUNCH:
Chips, sweetcorn, raw green, yellow and red peppers, raw red and white onions, chic peas, kidney beans and some rocket. (Work canteen...which btw they better stop feeding me salad or I will kill them even though it is pretty nice.)
DINNER: Well I got paid today so it is likely to be something with lots of fresh ingredients and very healthy. (I'll post what it is later)

Breakfast: Got up around noon, so I sauteed two veggie burgers with onions and mushrooms. also had a banana
Lunch: Made spaghetti (sauce had mushrooms, onions, garlic and brocolli along with the marinara). had a second banana and a cup of tea.
Dinner: driving around Cleveland and got a stromboli with mushrooms and peppers.
Not the best day today as it was alot of grains and not enough veggies... I'm sure it'll all stabilize once I get home and have better access to my own kitchen though.
breakfast: wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese, half a grapefruit
lunch: veggie fajitas w/ black bean spread, salsa & sour supreme, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
snack: carrot sticks & pb
dinner: wakame salad, peanut roll, mango roll (it was a LOT more food than it sounds like)

Last night for dinner, after a hazardous and very wet food shopping trip I had for DINNER:
Steamed carrots, brocolli and leek in a korma and coconut milk paste with some wholemeal rice.

yesterday we had an impromptu breakfast at 5 in the morning after spending two hours in the cold because someone thought it was fun to set off the fire alarms on purpose... we had apple pancakes with cinnamon and sugar, yummy.
during the day: banana, 2 tangerines, rice cakes + yeast extract, 2 pieces of dark chocolate, lots of coffee to stay awake
dinner: savoy cabbags cooked with apple, baked potato

i cooked the mock chicken myself. i shouldn't really eat it though because it gives me stomach cramps.

My parents were having their "winter bbq party" today, so everyone else had disgusting beer marinated, smoked chicken. There were four (huge broilers) to begin with, and now there's one and a half left. I hate it when they waste meat like that.

Dinner: The venue we played tonight didn't have much of anything except for curley fries which were vegan friendly (they even showed me the ingredients list), so I ate those along with two oranges and an apple. Then a huge bottle of water after the set...

need to go shopping! I'm spending way too much on [all this delicious and convenient] food!

Yesterday I think I had my best day ever when it comes to what I ate (except I was super full by the end of the day):
Breakfast= blueberry pancakes (from Vegan with a Vengeance) with Earth Balance & maple syrup; tea with sugar and Silk
Lunch= braised brussels and seitan (recipe from Veganomicon) with udon noodles, water; (about an hour later--)2 velveteen cupcakes with pecan "cream cheese" frosting (from Vegan Cupcakes take over the world--except I alter the frosting recipe a tad)
Snack= huge baby romaine salad with mung bean sprouts and baby corn, miso dressing
Dinner= my mom's veggie soup (she left some for me), water
Later snack= huge sweet potato with Earth Balance; then vanilla soy yogurt
