that clafoutis looks good pavo! i've always been a little scared of tackling this one - don't know why, it's basically a batter with fruit in isn't it?
it's so simple... I've never tried one before and I'm rubbish with baking, but it was super easy... try this recipe: http://veganvisitor.wordpress.com/20...erry-clafouti/

Few more lurking in my flickr..
pan fried asparagus on a salad of mixed leaves, av, toms and salad onions with pine nuts and balsamic mustard dressing.
Tofu wieners smothered in ketchup and cheap mustard, these really hit the junk spot!
Tofu with satay sauce and various veggies, this was really rich but lovely.
Another variation on the hot asparahus salad, this one had tofu chunks and mushrooms, it was massive though and defeated me!
This looks pretty hellish but its beyond delicious! Home made peanut brittle, this is it poured out on the sillicone cooling. I cannot leave this alone when we have some!
Crikey, the food all looks awesome!
Wow sweetie, I see we're going to have another posted that regularly makes me drool.

Ah Marrers, you're making me die! That's an amazing array of ice cream! With all this research into the best products I think you need to set up a shop in London selling NYC goodies!
Ohhhh Marrers, I'm going to Red Bamboo and ordering that dish as soon as I get home! Yumm
The mac and cheese looks delicious Rakey.
That food looks gorgeous Marrers. Why do people keep talking about ice cream today when I don't have any in the freezer.
Veganmonkey - It was A Pinch of Veg in Seven Kings in Essex. http://www.apinchofveg.com/ I need to go there more often to support them really.
I actually cooked a proper meal today.
Before:
And after:
It was ackee sauteed with peas and onion, okra with stewed tomatoes, Jamaican-style rice and fried plantain. It was yummy apart from the okra which wasn't anything special. Ackee is similar to tofu in a way but it has much more flavour.
(Please ignore how dirty my kitchen counter looks. I have had paint tins on it for about 2 months!)
Marrers!!!
Jealous!!!
Wow BlackCats, that looks like a delicioussss meal. I've got to try ackee, it sounds enticing!
